You'll support the launch and adoption of an innovative robotic surgical technology, working alongside surgeons and commercial teams. You will play a foundational part in bringing new accounts online and ensuring procedural success. This role offers deep exposure to clinical and commercial operations in a rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch and procedural success across accounts
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage
• Train surgeons and staff on system setup and workflow
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning and account development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B background
• 75% travel availability (domestic)
• Achieve clinical proficiency independently within 60 days post-training
