You'll own a customer problem end-to-end at a fintech startup building modern banking for startups. You'll partner across engineering, design, and operations to ship product that makes companies easier to run. This role offers the chance to bring AI into product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a customer job-to-be-done end-to-end, from discovery through shipping.
• Build conviction through discovery: frame the problem, sharpen hypotheses.
• Decide priorities: what to do now, next, and what to leave behind.
• Partner across Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product taste and ability to ship high-quality work.
• Discovery rigor: articulate problems, hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Cross-functional partnership and proactive communication.
