Description

You will be the face of Starlink, triaging and resolving customer issues across multiple channels, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows. You'll help ensure an exceptional customer experience for Starlink's global broadband service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of front-line customer support experience.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong empathy, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels.
• Advocate for customers internally at SpaceX.
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
• Surface product and process issues using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center content.
