You'll build and manage sales compensation models for a fast-growing livestream shopping platform. You'll drive the sales planning cycle, set quotas, and partner with leadership to align compensation with growth goals. This role offers the chance to shape compensation structures in an innovative e-commerce environment.

  • Build sales compensation models using forecasting and analyses.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to roll out new plans quarterly.
  • Set and track quota targets across Sales teams.
  • Build net new compensation structures for new segments.
  • Create dashboards for compensation tracking and payouts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-5 years in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience working with sales compensation models.
  • Deep analytical experience with SQL and dashboarding tools.
  • Business acumen and comfort manipulating data for insights.

  • Proficiency in Sigma, Hex, and Salesforce.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or marketplace.
