Description

You will design and build lab spaces to support engineering and manufacturing teams, manage lab operations and equipment, and provide hands-on prototyping support using various fabrication methods. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive efficiency and collaboration in R&D lab environments.

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Familiarity with R&D lab equipment, tools, and workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, model making, fabrication, and lab operations
• Experience planning and building out labs and R&D workspaces

Responsibilities

• Design and build lab spaces for engineering and manufacturing needs
• Continuously improve lab capabilities and operations with new technologies
• Own and maintain inventory of all lab equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables
• Implement systems for lab organization, cleanliness, and user training
• Provide hands-on technical support for prototyping, fabrication, and testing
