Requirements

• Adhere to Reformation's VM guidelines
• Prioritize customer service over tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
• Share feedback and insights with VM Manager weekly
• Contribute to positive team morale

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product presentation including dressing room outfits and mannequin dressing
• Complete weekly Go Lives per visual guidelines
• Maintain VM equipment and props condition
• Oversee VM recovery efforts such as swapping low lines and moving slow sellers
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
