💼 About This Role

You'll own BJAK's Thailand business with full P&L responsibility, building operations and driving growth as the single-threaded leader of the market. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to localize the platform, establish the local team, and execute a clear business plan. This is a true General Manager role with end-to-end ownership and a path to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full P&L responsibility for Thailand including revenue and costs
• Build and run local operations and team across functions
• Drive distribution through partnerships and ecosystem relationships
• Work with product and engineering to localize the platform

📋 Requirements

• Background in technology, digital platforms, or fintech
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes with P&L responsibility
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving environments
• Deep understanding of the Thailand market and local winning strategies
