You'll provide home health visits and skilled nursing care to clients in the Florence/Marion, SC area as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Perform home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Document observations and interventions using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
