🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team of 5
• Oversee all financial transactions and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports
• Support leadership with strategic budgeting and financial planning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI
• Tech-savvy with financial reporting tools
