💼 About This Role

You'll design, implement, and secure Navy network infrastructures supporting mission-critical operations at NSWC Indian Head. This role ensures robust network architectures, performance optimization, and compliance with DoD security standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and maintain secure LAN/WAN network infrastructures
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network appliances
• Troubleshoot network outages, latency, and configuration errors
• Implement network security controls including segmentation and ACLs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering with security focus
• DoD Security+ certification (IAT Level II)
• Active DoD T5 investigation or privileged access eligibility

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Navy or DoD enterprise networks
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar hardware
