💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and operate industrial refrigeration systems to ensure critical temperatures for a mission-driven meal kit company. You'll lead root cause analysis and mentor maintenance personnel in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with vendor partners and influence network-wide reliability standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Lead preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Mentor and develop lower-level technicians' refrigeration skills
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of refrigeration repair in an industrial setting
• Advanced understanding of rack refrigeration and associated equipment
• Current EPA Section 608 certification
• Experience with electrical systems including single/three phase motor systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CO2 and Freon refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of networked refrigeration controls platforms
• Familiarity with HAZMAT and PSM safety regulations
