You'll build and lead Biofire's global supply chain organization as they scale production of a smart gun. You'll shape systems, relationships, and strategies to meet production targets efficiently and cost effectively. This is a high-impact leadership role in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for scale.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals.
• Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts.
• Manage domestic and international logistics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• 5+ years leadership in supply chain activities.
• Proven track record with Tier 1 suppliers domestically and internationally.
