You'll process medical record requests and safeguard patient health information for a leading healthcare data platform. Your role ensures accurate and compliant handling of medical records while supporting healthcare providers and patients. This position is onsite in Fairhope, AL with a consistent schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
• Manage patient health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Professional communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
