You'll manage surgeon relationships and drive operational excellence for a top cosmetic surgery network. You'll lead strategic initiatives to support clinical delivery and business objectives. This role offers direct impact on surgeon performance and center results in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement region-specific plans to meet business objectives.
• Monitor region performance and highlight areas needing intervention.
• Partner with Medical Directors and HR to address surgeon performance issues.
• Lead onboarding and administrative support for new surgeons.
• Maintain relationships with key partners: Area Leaders, Practice Managers, Surgeons.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field.
• Experience overseeing a regional territory.
• Experience in sales and operations, medical preferred.
• Project management skills and ability to make decisions in a rapid-growth environment.
