Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and platform-focused technology projects at a leading alternative investment firm. Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage plans and risks, and ensure compliance with financial services standards. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 5-10 years of project/program management experience in financial services or technology
• Track record managing complex infrastructure or platform-focused projects
• Superior organizational skills managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server environments, storage platforms, and virtualization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing clear, timely communication
• Coordinate server (Windows/Linux), container, and storage platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives
• Ensure projects comply with financial services regulatory, risk, and security standards
