As a Renewal Account Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success while maximizing financial results for Samsara's Enterprise accounts. You will negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win strategies, and identify growth opportunities, impacting industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years quota achievement in renewals or account management
  • Experience negotiating $250K+ Enterprise SaaS agreements
  • Ability to close deals with integrity and independence
  • Experience building partnerships with peers
  • Business proficiency in English and German

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and execute Enterprise renewal contracts
  • Develop win/win negotiation strategies maximizing contract value
  • Engage in strategic account planning with Director+ stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify risks
  • Track customer data and renewal information in Samsara systems
