Description
As a Renewal Account Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success while maximizing financial results for Samsara's Enterprise accounts. You will negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win strategies, and identify growth opportunities, impacting industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation.
Requirements
- 3+ years quota achievement in renewals or account management
- Experience negotiating $250K+ Enterprise SaaS agreements
- Ability to close deals with integrity and independence
- Experience building partnerships with peers
- Business proficiency in English and German
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute Enterprise renewal contracts
- Develop win/win negotiation strategies maximizing contract value
- Engage in strategic account planning with Director+ stakeholders
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify risks
- Track customer data and renewal information in Samsara systems
