You will support end-to-end recruitment for client service teams, managing candidate sourcing, scheduling, and data tracking. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of work experience
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (conversation, reading, writing)
  • Intermediate English (TOEIC 750+ preferred)
  • Excellent academic record (Bachelor's 2:1 or GPA 3.0+)
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with focus on building trust

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and support recruitment processes
  • Serve as main point of contact for candidates, manage communication and interview logistics
  • Source and screen candidates for multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Schedule interviews, manage job ads, create interview packets, process expenses, prepare offer letters
  • Manage applicant data and report recruitment outcomes per internal metrics
  • Participate in university marketing and recruitment projects in Tokyo and Asia region
  • Coordinate with internal departments to send information to new hires
