You will support end-to-end recruitment for client service teams, managing candidate sourcing, scheduling, and data tracking. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of work experience
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (conversation, reading, writing)
- Intermediate English (TOEIC 750+ preferred)
- Excellent academic record (Bachelor's 2:1 or GPA 3.0+)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with focus on building trust
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and support recruitment processes
- Serve as main point of contact for candidates, manage communication and interview logistics
- Source and screen candidates for multiple open roles simultaneously
- Schedule interviews, manage job ads, create interview packets, process expenses, prepare offer letters
- Manage applicant data and report recruitment outcomes per internal metrics
- Participate in university marketing and recruitment projects in Tokyo and Asia region
- Coordinate with internal departments to send information to new hires
