You'll lead pilot production of solar blankets for a breakthrough space solar energy company. Your core impact is running daily operations, meeting production goals, and transitioning to high-volume manufacturing. The role stands out because your work will literally go to space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run baseline recipes for pilot production lots
• Optimize process steps to minimize yield loss
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• Transition processes to large-scale production tools
• Train technicians and future tool operators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related
• 10+ years proven experience in engineering roles
• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to work in a class 10,000 clean room environment

• Previous experience with photovoltaic solar modules or flexible circuits
