You will lead the strategy and execution of Instacart's fraud detection, identity verification, and appeasements platforms, protecting a four-sided marketplace and driving measurable impact on cost efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for fraud, trust, or related platform areas
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy with quantified targets
• Deep understanding of ML-driven fraud detection and identity verification
• Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration with CX, Legal, Finance
• Experience with marketplace or commerce platforms

Responsibilities

• Own fraud, identity, and appeasements product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
• Drive evolution of real-time fraud detection and identity platform including ML model strategy
• Optimize balance between fraud prevention and customer experience
• Champion AI-native approach to fraud and trust, pushing beyond incremental rule tuning
• Lead appeasements and order-issue resolution strategy with cross-functional partners
