Description

As a Home Care RN with BAYADA, you will provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, building meaningful connections while enjoying flexible scheduling and comprehensive support. You'll have the autonomy to control your schedule, work close to home, and grow your career with paid training and 24/7 clinical mentorship.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Commitment to at least two shifts per month for PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care nursing to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Build meaningful connections through consistent, compassionate care
• Utilize electronic charting system (Cubhub) to document patient care
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support team and mentors
• Maintain flexible schedule with 8-12 hour shifts, no weekend requirement
