You'll partner with NA Sales leadership to design and deliver enablement programs that maximize seller impact. You'll create playbooks and assets that equip AEs and ADRs to succeed in customer conversations. This fully remote role is key to scaling field performance at a GP Bullhound Top 100 Next Unicorn.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with NA Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs, onboarding, and workshops
  • Create and scale playbooks, frameworks, and field-facing assets
  • Track adoption and business impact of enablement programs using KPIs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement or sales productivity roles
  • Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage sales tech stack data and KPIs

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with Camunda or process automation technologies
  • Ability to hold value-based conversations on technology impact
  • Experience with instructional design software like Articulate 360
