Description

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to your customers, guiding them on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy to accelerate their time-to-value and growth. You'll lead in-person executive business reviews, de-escalate critical issues, and collect feedback to inform product development. You'll also work autonomously to manage a portfolio of strategic growth customers, collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years experience accountable for customer health and revenue realization for a book of business
  • Ability to act with high autonomy and take ownership of customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build new processes
  • Bilingual English and German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work as a strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Guide customers through the customer journey to accelerate time-to-value
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Collect feedback from customers to inform internal teams on product improvement
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews and interface with C-suite executives
