Description

In this role, you will guide the analytical rhythm of the business for our Customer Success organization, partnering with leadership to surface trends, optimize segmentation and territories, and inform headcount and planning decisions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to shape performance and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (Economics, Finance, CS, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Strategy or Sales Operations; Customer Success Ops a plus
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator; can simplify technical concepts
  • Advanced Excel data manipulation skills; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio; Salesforce proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and org deep dives
  • Partner with CS leadership on market/segment analyses to uncover trends and insights
  • Pull data and derive insights for specific business problems
  • Become expert in CS KPIs and their implications on performance tracking, compensation, and forecasting
  • Participate in quarterly/annual business planning including headcount, territory assignments, and segmentation
