🎯 What You'll Do

• Design observability maturity journeys for customers
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps with clients
• Drive adoption and effective use of Grafana product suite

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical support, TAM, consulting, or SE role
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

• 5+ years of post-sales technical experience with open source or observability
• Proven ability to connect product usage to ROI
