🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to Smartly offices and connect with employees
• Plan and host summer events across locations
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including vendors
• Present recommendations to improve workplace experience

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience organizing events or social programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable building relationships across different cultures
