You'll support students with emotional and behavioral challenges in a K-12 charter school network. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide small-group academic support and reinforce learning strategies.
• Teach and reinforce positive behaviors for self-regulation.
• Collect behavioral data to track progress and guide interventions.
• Assist in de-escalating and managing student crises.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits or passing ParaPro exam.
• At least 1 year experience working with adolescents in a school setting.
• Knowledge of behavioral management strategies and trauma-informed practices.
• Strong de-escalation skills and ability to respond to crises.
