💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at Hot Topic to create the best experience for customers, using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. You'll help meet sales targets and ensure fans get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Step in to cover sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
