💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll follow BCBA-developed treatment plans and accurately record progress in Central Reach. You'll receive two weeks of paid training to earn your RBT certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach system.
• Assist with assessments and communicate progress to BCBAs.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, stand, run.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred.
• Background in child care, teaching, or babysitting.
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development.
