Description

You will lead a high-impact team building mid-funnel ad products at Pinterest, from technical direction to execution. This role involves driving AI adoption in both products and developer workflows, and owning the technical roadmap. You'll actively contribute code and foster a high-trust team culture while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience building complex, user-facing products with accountability for timelines and business impact
• 1+ years experience leading or managing engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience using AI to improve engineering workflow (e.g., prototyping, code generation)
• Strong hands-on technical background in ads or high-scale domains
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team delivering mid-funnel ad products end to end, ensuring projects are well-scoped and shipped on time
• Drive AI integration into mid-funnel ad products to accelerate prototyping and iteration
• Champion AI adoption in developer workflows to automate tasks and improve velocity
• Define technical roadmap, architecture, and long-term vision in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Actively contribute code and lead implementation of key projects
