💼 About This Role

You'll join Akuna Capital to design, deploy, and maintain a high-performance Linux server platform supporting our trading environment. You'll automate daily tasks and ensure system health. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge low latency technologies in a flat-structured, innovative trading firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate new products and techniques to improve efficiency
• Manage architecture and maintenance of tier-based storage solutions
• Manage server infrastructure at third party and local data centres
• Perform system analysis, monitoring, and performance tuning

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of systems engineering experience
• Advanced experience with Linux distributions (RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.)
• Experience managing services within K8s clusters
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with build and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Foreman)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL
