You'll build and manage a pipeline, negotiate contracts, and help small businesses provide retirement benefits to their employees. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle sales deals from demo to close
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Negotiate contracts and record activities in Salesforce

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
  • Proficient with sales tools including Salesforce or other CRMs
