You'll build and manage a pipeline, negotiate contracts, and help small businesses provide retirement benefits to their employees. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle sales deals from demo to close
- Research and target companies using prospecting tools
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and record activities in Salesforce
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a sales role
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
- Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
- Proficient with sales tools including Salesforce or other CRMs
