📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in product design, UX/UI, or related field
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Ability to translate business goals into intuitive designs
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and stakeholders

• Experience in Agile or software delivery environments
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams
• Experience facilitating Agile rituals
