Description

As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will execute inventory management processes, investigate accuracy issues, and support key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and floor replenishment to drive store profitability and efficiency. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, and vendor relationships
