Description

You will provide advanced healthcare services in a value-based care model, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in an outpatient primary care setting.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner and RN license in Texas
• Master's in nursing required, Doctorate preferred
• 2+ years clinical experience as a nurse practitioner
• National board certification as NP
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient records
• Advise patients on prescriptions and treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, blood work, scans)
• Refer patients to specialists and analyze medical records
• Update patient charts in EHR software
