You'll own the global CS enablement strategy at Yotpo, a leader in eCommerce trust and loyalty solutions. You'll design and deliver impactful programs that equip teams to drive retention and growth. This role offers the chance to shape customer success enablement across multiple regions and customer segments.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Become a subject-matter expert in Yotpo's products and e-commerce landscape.
  • Shadow CSMs and partners to align training with real-world challenges.
  • Partner with CS leadership to close skills gaps and measure impact.
  • Design onboarding and continuous enablement programs across teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of Customer Success enablement or similar post-sales enablement experience.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies (value-based planning, adoption frameworks, etc.).
  • Experience with enablement systems like Gong, LMS/CMS, and Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of recurring-revenue motion dynamics (retention, expansion, churn).
