💼 About This Role

You'll support the Visual Merchandising and Design team in creating retail displays and graphics for e.l.f. Beauty. You'll organize creative assets, assist with design tasks, and help move projects forward on tight timelines. This hands-on role offers real exposure to retail design execution in a fast-paced beauty company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and update store display graphics and retail layouts.
• Organize design files, maintain archives, and keep project documentation tidy.
• Learn to read basic retail plans including planograms and dielines.
• Support simple production tasks such as trimming, cutting, and comping.

📋 Requirements

• Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of internship.
• Must be available for the full internship period June 1st - August 21st.
• Available for in-office work at least three days per week.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Acrobat.

✨ Nice to Have

• SketchUp or basic 3D experience.
• Previous exposure to retail design, beauty, fashion, or wellness.
• A small portfolio showcasing retail, environmental, or graphic design work.
