💼 About This Role

You'll run, govern, and optimize the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) at Qualtrics, bridging product strategy and execution. You'll eliminate friction, drive strategic decision-making, and empower teams to deliver world-class innovation at speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the PDLC program end-to-end, ensuring high-quality information for strategic decisions.
• Manage lean governance and stage-gate reviews for fast decision-making.
• Support product leaders with a prioritized roadmap and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional syncs to manage interdependencies and resolve blockers.
• Proactively identify risks and partner with teams on mitigation strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in business operations, program management, or process improvement.
• 5+ years working in a SaaS Product, Tech, or Engineering organization.
• Demonstrable experience running enterprise-level programs.
• Experience using product management tools for roadmaps and portfolios.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience managing a Product/Software Development Life-Cycle.
• Experience implementing stage-gates at enterprise scale.
