You'll shape the first experience new clients have with MarqVision's brand protection platform, configuring tools to match their enforcement goals. You'll coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for diverse global clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments to AEs and clients.
  • Assess new customer needs to define scope and product configuration.
  • Communicate with customers to walk through onboarding process.
  • Build and improve internal process documentation and SOPs.
  • Manage a pipeline of onboarding requests across global regions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills for customer-facing meetings.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS customer onboarding.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or brand protection tools.
  • Experience creating process documentation or SOPs.
