💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for Lindus Health, leading our product management function during growth from Series B to Series C. You'll drive innovation in clinical trial software that directly impacts patient access to treatments. This role offers real authority and ownership in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Product function and manage a 5+ person team.
• Own the roadmap for Citrus trial delivery platform.
• Shape product discovery and development processes.
• Drive product strategy with CPTO and senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management.
• 3+ years in senior leadership managing PMs and designers.
• Track record owning and delivering a product roadmap in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry (health tech, fintech, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to clinical trials.
• Experience using AI tools in product practice.
• Track record of thoughtful AI product decisions.
