Description

As Chief of Staff at Array, you will own strategic cross-functional projects critical to business success, partnering with the COO to drive execution across product, go-to-market, and integration initiatives. You will translate strategy into structured plans, lead project teams, and use AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership
• Proven experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with structure and follow-through
• Experience building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks
• Track record of working closely with executive leadership and influencing outcomes

Responsibilities

• Be right hand to COO, owning cross-functional projects tied to revenue
• Develop and execute onboarding processes for new lines of business
• Drive revenue performance for acquired product lines
• Translate strategy into structured execution plans with milestones and owners
• Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster
