Description

You will lead a major client relationship across 11 European markets, driving customer success, commercial growth, and operational excellence for a client undergoing marketing transformation. You'll act as the key link between account, creative, strategy, and production teams, translating our unique in-house agency model into seamless execution.

Requirements

• Experience in senior client leadership within an agency or in-house agency model
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading multi-market or international teams
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual account development plans with Executive Client Partner
• Own commercial health of client account including P&L, forecasting, scoping, margin optimization
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and leading pitches for expanded scope
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multi-market team
• Ensure operational excellence by balancing team capacity with demand
