Description

You will be responsible for thermal, structural, dynamic, and durability analyses on Aeon-R engines and subsystems, working with designers and manufacturing engineers to optimize designs, and developing and executing tests for qualification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• 8+ years of relevant analysis experience with complex engineering systems
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis
• Experience with CAD software
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal, structural, dynamic, and fatigue/fracture analyses on engine components and assemblies
• Guide design decisions to meet reliability and performance requirements
• Analyze 3D-printed components, mechanical assemblies, and integrated engine structures
• Collaborate with designers and manufacturing engineers for optimal solutions
• Develop and execute tests, including integration, instrumentation, and data processing
