💼 About This Role

You'll partner with R&D teams to drive financial accountability and inform resource allocation. You'll translate technical roadmaps into financial frameworks and contribute to corporate finance efforts like board materials and strategic planning. This role is fully remote within North America time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead R&D financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Model cloud and infrastructure economics, tracking usage and unit costs.
• Analyze AI investments, assessing ROI and trade-offs.
• Drive strategic insights for R&D leadership, identifying trends and risks.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years working with R&D organizations.
• Experience building financial models (bottom-up and high-level).
• Ability to translate engineering/product inputs into financial implications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Experience writing SQL.
• Active experimentation with AI in workflows.
