You'll serve as the product owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare ecosystem. Your work will directly impact user experiences and streamline enrollment for consumers navigating healthcare options. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and drive improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary Product Owner for EDE capabilities.
• Define and prioritize product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Translate healthcare policy requirements into epics and user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release planning.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management or ownership experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency required.

• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile product backlogs and iterative delivery.
