Description

You will develop and maintain data-driven tooling and infrastructure to guide reliability decisions, with a focus on identifying and leading AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and risk mitigation across the Starship program. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn production and test data into insights, own build-to-flight metrics, and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years building and operating metric-based dashboards
• 1+ years experience building data structures and query optimizations
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI in reliability processes; define problems, develop prompts/workflows using LLMs, evaluate outputs, and partner with software engineering for deployment
• Design and maintain dashboards in Grafana, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL for build metrics and flight indicators
• Improve data infrastructure for scalability, integrity, and real-time use; own data integrity for AI tools
• Develop/track KPIs for build health and flight risk; use predictive models to inform decisions
• Analyze datasets (SQL, Python) to find root causes of anomalies and recommend solutions
