You'll design and build LLM-powered features and automation workflows including RAG pipelines and agent workflows. You'll collaborate with product, data, and engineering peers to deliver AI features that accelerate the energy transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build LLM-powered features and automation workflows.
• Contribute to data-flow design, context management, and model selection.
• Improve existing AI systems and migrate integrations to maintainable boundaries.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and observability for AI systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building LLM/AI systems in production.
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n or Temporal.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or payments.
• Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock or multiple LLM providers.
• Awareness of AI compliance in regulated environments.
