💼 About This Role

You'll act as the Belgian payroll expert and Country Process Owner for assigned countries, ensuring compliant and efficient payroll operations. You'll drive standardisation and automation across multiple jurisdictions while supporting key HR Operations activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Country Process Owner for assigned countries
• Own end-to-end payroll processes with external providers
• Act as Belgian payroll expert (blue- and white-collar)
• Review payroll calculations and reconciliations
• Prepare payroll reporting and support Finance

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in international, multi-country payroll environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll processing
• Deep knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
• Proficiency in Protime (required)
• Fluent in English and Dutch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Workday
• Strong experience with Belgian payroll (PC 200, 302, 217)
