💼 About This Role

You'll assist in organ procurement and preservation for donor grafts, working with Paragonix organ transportation devices. Your core impact involves ensuring safe transport of cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal organs. This role requires availability for on-call recoveries and collaboration with transplant teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack supplies for procuring OR and meet team at designated location.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws and regulations.
• Recover donor grafts per Transplant Advocates and client policies.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to develop best practice protocols.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or equivalent transplant-related experience.
• Experience in pre-operative and post-operative care for 20 heart and 20 lung transplants.
• Cumulative experience of at least 20 thoracic transplants over the last 2 years.
