• Turn fintech strategy into execution plans and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional fintech initiatives
• Bridge Finance and operations by challenging models
• Create executive-ready materials on trade-offs and resourcing

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, banking, strategy, or similar
• Proven experience driving multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of payments/fintech value chains
• Familiarity with pricing or unit economics
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack
