Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Considerable HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Valid Driver's License

• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Maintain building, grounds, and safety standards
• Oversee staffing schedules and 24/7 emergency coverage
